In-NAFTO 2007 Annual Training Conference

September 5th and 6th, 2007

This two day training conference, which will be held at the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Training Center, will provide the field training officer with valuable development in the areas of mentoring, leadership, ethics, and training as well as provide a forum to network with other field training officers from around the state. If you are currently a NAFTO member you will have the opportunity to renew friendships and share information regarding training, evaluating, and mentoring. Keynote Speaker

Willis Peachey

Peachey, as he likes to be called, retired in 2001 from the North Carolina State Highway Patrol. While with the highway patrol he revised and coordinated the FTO Program. Prior to joining the Highway Patrol he was a Police Officer and a Deputy Sheriff. Peachey's topics will be:

1. Communication Wellness
2. Training vs. Learning
